Brain Recovery Centers exists for the people standard treatment left behind: the one-in-three whose depression didn't yield to antidepressant after antidepressant. We're locally owned, headquartered in Chesterfield, with patients seen at our South County clinic in St. Louis, serving St. Charles County and St. Louis County - and designed around one promise: honest medicine, measured results, no games.

Spravato under its REMS program - Spravato is given only in certified healthcare settings, with supervised dosing and monitored recovery every visit.
A physician medical director overseeing every protocol - introduced by name at opening.
Measured care: symptom scales at every visit; treatment continues because it's working, not because it's billable.
Coordination, not replacement: your therapist and your doctor stay in the loop, with your consent.

What we are not

Not a lounge, not a "clinic" behind a chat window, not an app that can vanish overnight.
Not a place that says yes to everyone - the screener says "not yet" when that's the truth.

Patients are seen at our South County clinic in St. Louis; our headquarters in Chesterfield is an administrative office with no patient visits.
